Returns/ Exchanges

Most of our items are made to order and as such we do not accept returns or exchanges on items. All products have measurements and/or size guides clearly provided in descriptions. Please read the full product descriptions and ask questions prior to purchasing. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
